Chapter 15

1998 Words
Victoria groaned as she felt his swollen manhood rub against her hip. Their hips rocked in time with his finger as her legs collapsed beneath her. Her lover swept her into his arms and carried her to the bed. The soft, silky sheets welcomed her as he lay her over them. She grasped the sheets in her hands and tried to catch her breath as she gazed up into his illuminated eyes. He tore off his shirt and knelt beside her on the bed. His right hand brushed up her leg and across her trembling body, exploring his possession with a soft, careful touch. Her hot body stoked his own desires and stiffened his resolve to take her again and again. She closed her eyes and shuddered. A pulsing heat within her stirred her beast from its slumber. Her muscles tightened and her breasts swelled as she felt its thoughtful nature penetrate her mind and body. She arched into his touch. Her tongue flicked out to wet her dry lips as she opened her eyes. "Please take me. Possess me," she whispered. He grinned and leaned down so their lips brushed against one another. "I already do." She fell into her passions as his hands swept over her, touching and taking in every inch of her pliable, sweat-soaked flesh. Her body was afire as he slipped off the last of their clothes. She welcomed his thick, throbbing manhood with a satisfied groan as he sank deep into her body. Her thick, pulsing heat made him clench his lengthening teeth. He pushed and pulled, and sharp grunts escaped his lips. Their slow-lovemaking became a rut of impatient desire as each sought the blessed union of their bodies and souls. Victoria grasped his shoulders and gasped as her body tingled with the teasing tones of o****m. Every one of his penetrations reverberated through her body, sending sweet pleasures through her. "Yes. Oh god, yes," she groaned. He pumped faster, so fast she couldn't follow. His body pulsed with power as he transformed into his beastly form. She gasped for breath. Every push brought her closer. Every strain of her muscles told her she was nearer. She craved it. She needed it. Then it came. Victoria threw her head back and screamed his name to the quiet room. "Lukeman!" He tilted back his head and let loose a long, feral howl. The noise echoed in the room even as they collapsed into each others' arms. They both panted against one another. Victoria leaned her head on his chest and closed her weary eyes. Lukeman reached up and petted her hair. "Mine." Victoria sighed. She was fine with that, at least for the moment. 7 "Victoria." Victoria furrowed her brow and buried her face deeper into her pillow. "Victoria!" Victoria creaked open her eyes. The glow from the fire spread across the floor and illuminated Lukeman's chambers. She glanced to her left. The other side of the bed was empty. "Up here." She tilted her head so she looked up at the ceiling. Her eyes widened and she gasped. Lukeman floated n***d above her. He cupped his chin in his palm and grinned down at her. "Mind letting me down?" he asked her. Victoria wrapped a sheet around her and sat up. Her mouth gaped open as she clutched the sheet around her. "H-how? W-what?" He chuckled. "Your powers are manifesting themselves in interesting ways, but I would really like to get down. My-ahem-important body parts don't like the cold air." Victoria scrambled off the bed with the sheet wrapped around her and gawked at his floating person. "Me? I'm doing that?" He nodded at her chest. "Look at your hands." The young woman followed his gaze and saw her hands gave off a faint bluish glow. She raised her shaking hands in front of her and her heart quickened its speed. Instinct took over. Victoria yelped and furiously waved her hands to extinguish the light. The light vanished, and so did Lukeman. He dropped out of sight on the other side of the bed. Victoria heard a hard thump and a groan. "That was rather quicker than I expected," Lukeman muttered. "I'm so sorry!" Victoria yelped as she hurried around the foot of the bed. Her feet stumbled and tripped over the sheet so badly she didn't notice her hands glow again. Lukeman stood before she made it around to the side. At least, that's who she expected. Who actually came up was her father in all his n***d glory. Victoria yelped and spun around to avoid any further mental trauma. "D-Dad! I can explain!" she insisted. Lukeman's chuckle came from behind her. "Against the common cultural cliche, I'm going to have to tell you I'm not your father." Victoria peaked over her shoulder. Her father stood facing her with a peculiar smile on his lips and a sheet tucked around his waist. She did a brisk inspection of the area for Lukeman, but he was nowhere to be found. "Looking for someone?" her dad asked her, or rather, his lips moved, but Lukeman's voice came out. Victoria half-turned to him and raised an eyebrow. "A. . .Lukeman?" r /> Her father bowed. "At your service, my lady." She pointed a shaking finger at him. "B-but how? When?" He nodded at her hands. "Your powers seem to have a sense of humor." Victoria raised her glowing hands and glared down at them. She shook them and the light faded to nothing. With the light went Lukeman's false front. His form shimmered for a few moments before the ruse dropped to reveal his true, handsome self. Lukeman admired her with his teasing eyes. "Your abilities are as unpredictable as you are reliable." She glared at him. "But I don't want these powers." He chuckled as strolled around her in a circle and looked her over. "Until we can find a way to extract the power from your soul I'm afraid your stuck with this mixed blessing." He paused and cupped his chin in his hand. "Why don't we see what else you're capable of?" Victoria marched past him and plucked her clothes off the floor. "I would rather just leave. I've already missed work and my dad's still in the hospital." He sidled up to her as she hopped into her pants. "But surely you're a little curious to see of what you're capable." She slipped on her shirt and shook her head as she focused her eyes on the buttons. "Not in the least." Victoria turned to the door, but he stepped in her path. His smile had vanished and his yellow eyes stared into hers. "At least allow me to teach you how to control the powers." She frowned. "Do you have powers?" He shook his head. "No, but I have a great deal of experience with the magic from the mirror." "I'd rather talk to Dr. Ficus about it," she told Lukeman as she stalked past him. "Victoria!" Lukeman called as he followed her into the hall. He grasped her shoulders and turned her so she faced him. "You're risking a great deal by going out there untrained." She pursed her lips and shrugged off his hands. "But I'm risking more by staying here. Now if you'll excuse me." Victoria marched to the top of the stairs with Lukeman close behind her, but it wasn't him that made her stop there. There came a knock on the door that stood at the bottom of the steps. She could see the silhouettes of two large persons through the thick glass. Albert's footsteps clomped through the house and he appeared from the dining room to her right. Victoria yelped when a pair of hands reached around her. One settled on her mouth and the other crossed her chest and drew her back against Lukeman's bare chest. She squirmed and tried to scream. He leaned down and brushed his warm lips against her ear. "Quiet, my love." Victoria stiffened and stopped her yelling. There came another, more impatient knock. Albert opened the door and revealed two police officers. One of them stepped forward and tipped their hat to the servant. "Good afternoon. We're investigating a missing person case. A man by the name of Felix Blake was last seen driving his car along this road the day he disappeared. Did he happen to stop by here?" Albert shook his head. "No, sir." The officer half-turned to the driveway. "Are you sure? We saw at least three sets of tracks on the road." "We have had visitors lately, but not this gentleman you mentioned," Albert explained. The officer pulled out an iPad and stencil. "I see. Who owns this place?" Albert pursed his lips. "Mr. Randall Forrest." The officers glanced at each other before the talkative one returned his attention to Albert. "The owner of the finance firm?" Albert bowed his head. "The very same." "Does Mr. Forrest keep close track of his employees?" Albert arched an eyebrow. "I'm not sure I know what you mean, sir." The officer tapped the screen of his iPad. "What I mean is this missing person is one of Mr. Forrest's employees. In fact, he was just promoted the day before his disappearance, and then demoted on Mr. Forrest's order." The officer peered over the top of the iPad and studied Albert. "Did Mr. Blake make any attempt to contact your boss in person or otherwise?" Albert shook his head. "None at all. I'm sorry I can't be of more help, gentlemen, but we have no information for you." The officer frowned, but pocketed his iPad. "I see. Well, we might have some questions for you later, and for Mr. Forrest." Albert bowed his head. "I will be sure to inform Mr. Forrest of your visit, and prospective visits." The officer glanced past Albert at the interior of the home. A smirk slipped onto his lips as he nodded. "You do that. Anyway, good day." "Good day," Albert replied. The servant shut the door and the silhouettes turned and disappeared down the front path. Lukeman released Victoria who stumbled forward and spun around to glare at him. "Now don't you see you need to release the man? The police suspect my father and you of k********g him." Lukeman cupped his chin in his fingers and furrowed his brow. "This is rather more complicated than I expected." "There's nothing complicated about it," she argued. She gestured to the door below them. "Just release him and tell the cops where he is!" He dropped his hand and shook his head. "It's rather more difficult than that, I'm afraid. You see, I ate him." Her eyes widened as she stumbled back a few feet. "Y-you what?" He shrugged. "I ate him. My beast must feed, and it much prefers human flesh to any other meat." Victoria covered her gaping mouth with her hands. "How. . .how could you?" He flashed her a fang-filled smile. "I am a werewolf, after all, and not all the bad publicity is undeserved." Victoria turned around and fled down the flight of stairs. Albert stepped into her path and blocked the door. She skidded to a stop and heard the stairs groan behind her as Lukeman followed her footsteps. "Your innocence is admirable, Victoria, but in this instance I cannot allow you to indulge in it," Lukeman told her. She half-turned to him and glared at him. "How can you do this? How can you murder so many people and not care?" Lukeman stopped three feet from her. He studied her face for a moment before he closed his eyes and sighed. "I can no choice in the matter. In our world it is either kill or be killed." She took a step away from him. "That isn't my world." He pointed at her chest. "It is so long as you hold the power of that mirror." "But I didn't ask for that power!" she argued.
