"He must not die sir. He means everything to me . Do all you can to save his life. Please Doctor."Said a beautiful young  lady whose husband had just been towed to the theater for a operation on his heart. Siin was on his way to perform the hyper complex operation when the woman had rushed out from the blue and crashed to her knees begging him to save the life of her husband as if he held a switch from which he could on and off the man's life. " Madam please be strong. Be on your feet. Your husband would be fine . It's just as we have earlier explained the chances of his survival are sleep cause his renal artery is almost collapsed. We believe we can resurcitate it and then the rest is going to be up to your husband will to survive the Operation." Said Siin very briefly to the woman and walked into the theater to room to perform the surgery. He was followed by a team of nurse and two other doctors who where present not because they felt the patient would make it alive rather because they felt it was an avenue for them to withness one of the most scarcely seen surgical procedures on the heart. Siin was already in the door when the aromatic perfume of the man's wife hit his olfactory patch and was soon followed with her clandestined journey of panic towards him. " Please Doctor just a word before the operation commence." She said and grabbed Siin by the wrist as she went bitterly. Her eyes were red from the lengthy periods she had spent crying and her voice was husky due to exhaustion from the traumas her husbands ailment had brought her. The fact that her natural looks were void off fairness and Glee, her outfit were simply of elite standards. Her necklaces and Bangles were all smithed from gold and her veils and gown were of royal silk. " I'm with you mam. I would have preferred I attended to your husband first. " Said Siin as he followed the woman who towed him to a corner of the room and began to speak in a whisper. " Both I and my husband are wealthy and affluent. All our lives , we have never lacked money and happiness had never departed from my part until he fell sick. I realised all the wealth we have don't give me as much joy as my husband gives me. He is my world. My happiness and the very reason for my existence. I will be very Frank with you. People have said you have gifted hands and only you can pull out a surgery of such complexity without casualties. I want to hold on to that while I keep praying to God for his mercies on us. If my husband survives this operation and is alright. I will give you five hundred thousand dollars. If he dies, ... I ..i swear I would die after him. " Said the woman and burst into sobs as the thought of her husband dying was just too much for her frail heart to carry. " Noted ma. Please kindly seat outside and await him. I don't plan to spend the whole day in the theater neither do I plan to make you widow. " Said Siin in low tone that was full of compassion and understanding. " Tell me he will be fine. Young Doctor . Please tell me." She said and cried even more. Siin was was quiet for some seconds as if in doubt of the answer he wanted to tell her before he suddenly Smiled at her and said . " He will be fine madam. Your husband would be okay." The words of Siin brought forth, healing to the bruised emotions of the woman. She sniffed her tears and cleaned her tears before reciprocating Siins smile. She headed to bed where here husband lay and applied a warm peck on his forehead. " Mansur. Ya Habibi. Please don't leave me." She said and walked slowly out of the theater while the nurses and doctors looked in pity. " Doctor Siin. I feel very emotional . Too Emotional infact. It's been ages since I have seen such a show of love. There is something in the bond between prince Mansur and his wife . I am yet to see a love so pure. " Said one of the doctor who was almost brought to tears by scene Mrs Mansur had put on. " Brace yourself Doctor Phil. A surgeon must never get emotional tallkess too Emotional. Are you sure you are in a right frame of mind to Co pilot this complex operation. I need everyone at his his best today.any thing short of that may hamper our success story. Said Siin in a humble tone. To the Emotional Doctor. " Honestly doctor Siin. You are very much right. I don't really feel too well and I don't think my presence here would fetch you any points. It's better I excuse myself." Said Doctor Phil who eyes were teary and full of Sadness . Even when he knew that Siin was good. He felt it was like asking for a miracle to expect Prince Mansurs Surgery to be successful. He had examined the scanned pics of the heart and the collapse was already in it's third stage. If people wanted a miracle , it was Mansur who lay still breathing on the Bed as Doctor Phill believed it was already. Miracle that he was alive with the existing condition of his heart. " That's a honorary thing to do sir. No one would judge you." Said Siin with a smile and tapped the shoulders of Doctor Phil. "Thank you Doctor Siin. I do not believe in Miracles. But perhaps today I'm in the mood to ride along with a single one. Please do what is in your humanly best to save prince Mansur. He is a good man who took me like his brother when I had no one. I can only imagine the pain his wife and children would go through if they loose such a pillar in their lives. " Said Doctor Phil and sighed out deeply in Emotional discomfort before turning and heading slowly for the door with heads bent to the floor in grief. " Doctor Phil." Siin called after being silent as Doctor Phill walked away. He turned back to see why Siin and called him and Siin Squeezed mild Smile and spoke in an assuring tone. " He will be fine. Don't worry." " I'm counting on your gifted hands. We all are counting on you for yet another miracle . Young Doctor." Said Doctor Phil and walked away in his slow pace. "Okay guys let's save this heart, shall we ?" Said Siin as he took hold of his incision blade. " Yes Doctor. After you." Said the team in Unison and the surgery was commenced.
