Aliya sat down in the living reception of the hospital and with her sat two young kids a boy and a girl who were of the ages of four and six respectively. They were the two issues of the seven year old marriage between Aliya and Prince Mansoor. The little boy had dosed off on his mothers thighs while the little girl lay her head on he mother's shoulders while she clutched her hands firmly as if scared that her mother was about to be lost just as they all thought their father was lost for good. Even at just Six years . She had seen her father experience lots of suffering from his ailing health and had prayed every night for God to heal his heart. She followed her mother all around the facility and was present when the results of the scan was explained by the cardiologist. Even though the cardiologist used many Medical terminologies which her and her mother did not understand , the bottom line that his his only hope was a surgery and the chances of surviving such a surgery was slim. _was greatly understood by her and her mother. They were still seated watching blankly into their imaginations when a voice had brought them back to reality. " Mom it's the Doctor." Said the little girl as she sprang up and ran towards Siin. Siin was amazed by the intensity of Care such a little child commanded for her father. " Doctor how is My Father. Please tell us he made it." Said the little girl as she suited her magnifying spectacles to catch a glimpse of Siin. Her mother had quickly lifted up her son and placed him on the seat so he could continue his sleep. " Well my dear. Whats your name again?. Asked Siin with a smile." " Amina Sir. Amina Mansoor Al Hozayn." Said the little girl in a frantic voice. " Doctor Siin. How is my husband doing. Please Doctor. Tell me he made it." Said Aliya as her eyes widened at him in anticipation of the unknown." " Well madam . The Lord is Good. The operation was very much Successful. And Prince Mansoor is in a stable condition. He will be live to see the children of little Amina here. " Said Siin with a Smile. Both mother and daughter could not control their joy as they held each other in a tight clutch and cried for joy. " Oh Doctor Siin. Thank you very much. May your expertise never depart from you. May you be blessed by the good lord." Said Aliyah as she restrained herself from giving Siin a hug of appreciation. "Amen Mam. He is sleeping now . Though his heart beat is very much okay. We expect it to restore to perfection in the near future." Said Siin with a Smile on his face. " I know that Doctor Siin.but please can we just see him for a brief moment." Said Aliya as she expressed a smile of gratitude from her pretty face which now eluded an air of happiness. " Okay. Unless you promise it's going to be as brief as possible. He needs all the rest he can get at this time." Said Doctor Siin headed for the theater . " Sure sir, we just want to see him." Said Aliyah and her little daughter nodded vehemently to buttress her mother's words. " Come with me then. Please no loud noise. By tommorow he should be awake . We plan on keeping him here for about a week to monitor closely the implant which served as a helping vessel to the renal artery. The load on it is now reduced and I believe it is very much suffecient to afford your husband a good life. " Oh Doctor . May your name be praised sir." Said Aliya a she happily followed Siin along with her daughter. The few months Siin had stayed at the facility . He had witnessed people express sorrow over the ailment and death of their loved one. But he had never seen a bond so intense between mother and father and father and daughter. More than the anguish the pain of his ailment brought to them . It was the desire to see him live that filled their hearts and even death itself fell short in breaking through such bond. Siin thought, as he led the duo to see Prince Mansoor. [A week later] For the many lives Siin had saved and would save in the coming future, he was at ease to take a couple of lives to as there existence did not mean well for the world and even if it did , it did not mean well for Kaltumi and that was all that mattered to Siin. Over the week he had visited the Sheikh and asked him to grant him till the end of the year so that he can keep being a surgeon. After which he would resign his calling and join him in running the family business. The Sheikh had no problem his decision and had told him it was alright with him. He knew how occupied and busy the Sheikh was in the line of carrying out his duty in the towers and knew quite well that he would have little or no time to carry out the task assigned to Him by Kaltumi. Even though money and social status were of great importance to him. He knew that his whole existence or orbited round Kaltumi and his love for her was more than the love he had for any other thing. He had been very much busy all all week and had taken the Sunday to have a rest from the bustles of his profession. The cleansing of Raginald Thiam was long due and it was time to pay a visit to the outskirts town Where Reginald worked as a guard commander in the oil facility of General Hozayn. He took his bag where all his masking attires were , took his car keys and headed outside. He entered his car and drove straight to the alley which was very much quieter as not a single soul was in sight. He dressed in the attire of a sport man and wore Beard on his face. His looks changed so much and he smilled at his new look in the mirror f the car while he drove to the outskirts of town it was Sunday a Sunday morning and the time was around 4 am. He had calculated that the ride was about an hour in which would see him arrive at his destination by 5 am. Just in time to catch Reginald doing his morning jugging on the empty streets of Burj Mayana. This hadn't been the first time he had paid a visit to the small town . Just a week back he had travelled down to the town in order to have a thorough view of the scenery and also ascertain the identity of his prey which he all did with the aid of a systematically enquiry that didn't raise an ounce of suspicion. He had aslo secretly trailed on Reginald and found out that the middle aged ex military officer was a addicted to his early morning jugging across the streets of Burj Mayana.
