Ummee was surprised that Siin would have any business at such  a place but alas , she concluded it was was important and decided to help him . "The Kuvaki mountain is an hour ride from here. It's located in the Kuvaki forest and the roads are narrow. So only motor bikes can access it with ease. It's not hidden place. Just that many bikers fear to venture the mountains. No one wants to get sacrificed. " Said Ummee and she was serious about it. " Thank you my mother. I will pay them a visit. I need my pearl fixed soon. Please call back my sisters. Let's talk on renovating this house and taking the family forward." Said Siin. " Okay Siin. Zodwa , Nadile!, You two can come in. Your brother wants to have a talk with you." Said Ummee in a tone quite loud enough for the girls to hear. They wasted no time in returning and Nadile as usual ran to seat beside Siin while Zodwa sat by her mother. " Okay . I greet you all my sisters. I believe that you two had made your efforts to fix the ruins in this house and only the price had made you guys to abandon the project. " Said Siin and made an inquisitive gesture with his palms. " Yes Siin .we tried our best to fix the house. During war the walls came under seige and some parts of it were broken down. Apart from that. There are many places which need to be patched up and some zinc's have been badly damaged that we have abondoned the usage of the rooms beneath them. Its not as if it takes a fortune to fix the ruins, but the truth is that we only have money for necessities in this house. We struggle to Survive and fare life with a smile. But deep down we are poor and not Happy about how our lives turned out. " Said Zodwa in calm and Sober manner. " Hmm . I understand you my dear. But do not worry. God has not Forsaken us. How much would you say will fix the house, the zincs , the walls, new painting and a new gate. The trees outside might need treaming , to curb it's excessive shredding." Said Siin as he focused on Zodwa. " It's just like you said.just about two weeks ago me and Nadile had done an excessive survey on renovating the house. It's going to cost us a fortune due to the inflation in the market. We didn't give cognisant to a new gate and trimming of the tree and the budget we came up with was approximately one hundred and twenty thousand Francs. So a hundred and forty thousand Francs would be more than enough to take on the projects. We don't have even half of that in savings for school and mesdical emergencies. " Said Zodwa in voice that expressed her wistfulness. " Do you have bank account. I will do a wire of one hundred and fifty thousand Francs. Proceed to your bank immediately. When you withdraw the money.contact all the necessary engineers so they can start work immediately." Said Siin with an air of Majesty. " Yes ! Siin .I have an account and Hexla bank. Nadile fetch me a bird and paper to scribe my details out." Said Zodwa amidst her excitement. Nadile quickly sprang up like a squirrel and was quick to fetch the biro and paper. " Great. Here you are Siin . this is my account number. That's the switch code over there." Said Zodwa who wasted no time in drafting out her details. " Thank you Zodwa. In a hours time . The Money should be in your account. I would my accountant in the gulf to wire the funds to your account." Said Siin with a warm smile. The feeling of being Able to live up to his responsibility made him feel really good. " May God bless you my son. " Said Ummee who found it hard to believe that Siin , of all people was the one helping out the family. " Amen my mother." Said Siin and doffed his head. " Brother Siin. It seems you are now a rich man. I'm so happy for you." Said Nadile as she smiled widely , expressing the vast joy she felt in her heart. " I'm not a poor man Nadile. Thank you very much." Said Siin with a smile on his face. " May God be praised. Finally a pillar of support to our struggling family. My joy knows no bounds that you turned out Successful in spite all odds." Said Zodwa and breathed in some air of relief. " I will be on my way now. I will be back Tomorrow morning. I hope to see work in progress.we would talk about the funds for your education when I return. Said Siin and slowly stood up to take his leave. " Tomorrow?. But why tomorrow. There are lots of rooms in perfect condition which you can park in all through your stay in Lukaka, why choose to stay somewhere else." Said Ummee with a tone of seriousness. " My mother. Thank you for the generous offer. But for this task at hand it's better I remain in the hotel. I will always come to visit every day I promise." Said Siin in a comforting voice. "Okay Siin. If you say so. Then I believe you." Said Ummee , who used to be lively and full of smiles before the untimely death of her six sons and the death of husband. The trauma of passing through the phase had took away her sense of glee as she didn't see the spice in life anymore. '' Thank you my mother. There would be provision for a better life for everyone. We would discuss that tommorow. I would have to be on my way now . please you all should take good care of yourself." Said Siin and headed for door after finalising all greetings with his sister. [Hours Later] Siin had taken to a cab to towns central bus stop in search of a fearless bike man to take him to the kuvaki mountain. It was still afternoon and the sun shun bright over the village town of Lukaku. The scenes were characterised by the normal hustling and bustling of the African town with everyone doing his possible best to survive amidst the galloping inflation that bit heavily on them. " Yes white man. Where is it that you are going?" Said a bikeman who sat chewing a sugar cane on his motorcycle. " Good day sir. I'm going to mount Kuvaki can you take me there.? " Siin asked as he approached the man. " Mountain Kuvaki you say. ? Man that's a dangerous place to go. I'm not feeling to strong to ride that far . Ask my friend over there he may take you." Said the Biker and looked away from Siin as if no one was there. Siin didn't bother to persuade the biker and headed for the next person. " Good day sir. I was told you can take me to mount Kuvaki." Said Siin as he approached the next biker. Who sat on his bike in wait of a passenger.
