A settled deal

The thought of being the chairman of Chairmen elated Papa jallo so much. He could  hardly believe his luck. How life had suddenly changed in his favour amazed him a lot .

See to it that if they choose to work with the local government instead of furthering their education_ that they get jobs in your ministries. However if they choose to enroll in the state university, see to it that they are enrolled at all cost." Said Siin in what sounded like a command to Papa Jalo because it was.
