BORDER ESCALATION
Along the North Korean border.
“WBS News, with news, traffic, and your local weather on the fives. I’m Mike Slayden. We’re going live now to our correspondent, Tammy Cho, who is currently on the border with North Korea, Russia, and China. Tammy? We’d lost our signal with you earlier and were quite concerned. Can you tell us what happened?”
“That’s right, Mike. Our signal was cut by authorities just as a Russian mortar salvo was fired over the border of North Korea. From our positions here, we can only see North Korea with the aid of high-powered cameras. But, we were able to record this footage earlier.”
