Dana glanced at her side mirror when she heard a series of honks. She saw someone gesturing to slow down.
Was that Dylan? Dana asked herself. Where did he get this Ducati Streetfighter V4 motorcycle? She didn't see anyone in the garage with her motorcycle.
She ignored his hand signals. Instead, she accelerated and squeezed through the cars on the road, but Dylan kept up.
She wasn't sure where Celine would take her child, but only one thing came to mind.
In less than 30 minutes, Dana reached Missouri. As they entered her mother’s villa, Dylan was still tailing her.
"Where are we?" Dylan asked, lifting the visor of his helmet. She ignored him and drove past him.
