Divorced:
His absence had left a pain in her heart that could never be closed.
It was as if something sharper than a Ninja's knife had pierced her heart.
She slumped on the bed as tears rolled down her cheeks, the pain that was racing through her heart was enough to kill her. She clutched her blouse in pain, and she fell on her knees in the bedroom, burying her head. She began to cry.
She knew he hated her with so much passion, and she was okay with that, but not for their unborn child, his child whom he had called a bastard.
The pain was so deep and would never close.
Why did he hate this much? She was thinking that maybe some good would come out of this pregnancy, but no, he had rejected the baby even before he saw or felt it.
Ever since Rosa had come back she knew that things would never be the same again.
His hatred for her was greater and taller than the tallest mountain, and she knew that there was no need to stay back there again.
She thought about it because it wasn't a good idea, but now it was for her own good to leave.
She was going to serve him the divorce papers and have her peace of mind. At least, when the time came she was going to tell her child no s,he stopped her children.
She was expecting triplets and that was when the pain in her heart doubled over, and she wondered how she was going to take care of them, definitely not with menial jobs.
She got up and wiped her tears, she wasn't going to give him the satisfaction of seeing her cry, she was going to be strong for herself and for her babies. Her stomach rumbled, and she realized she hadn't eaten anything since yesterday afternoon. With slow, steady steps she climbed down the steps and made her way to the kitchen where some of the maids were preparing breakfast.
Oh really, so he had even skipped breakfast because you wanted to pick Rosa up from the airport.
"Good morning ma'am."one of them said to her and she nodded
"Can I have some bacon and coffee? Please, that will do for now. "
"All right, sure." one of them said." I will get it to you as soon as possible. "
"Thank you, Melissa."
She went back to the dining table while she waited for her breakfast. Even when they brought her breakfast to her, her mind was still far away from her, she was quickly thinking of what to do.
The amount of money in her bank account was so little, and she knew she had to think of what to do.
After serving him the divorce papers today, she was going to use a little money in her bank account and start up something for herself and her unborn babies.
She had a hurried breakfast and went up to her room and in the next few minutes that followed, she began to pack her clothes into her suitcases and then go through her laptop, trying to find a perfect apartment.
She didn't really need a perfect apartment, she was going to manage whichever one that came.
She had just little money to survive on, and she was sure no one would like to employ a pregnant woman to work for them.
It was by 7:00 p.m. when she had the car drive into the mansion, pushing the curtains aside, she peeped through the window and what she saw made her heart bleed.
Philip and Rosa got out of the car and Rosa went around the corner to meet Philip. She watched with a bleeding heart as they both engaged in a hot passionate kiss and Rosa giggled.
This was it now, there was no more time to ask questions, she wasn't needed here, she had to leave as soon as possible for peace of mind.
She stared at the divorce papers in her hands and knew that it was now or never, she was going to talk to him.
She put the last clothes into the suitcase and waited for him to sit on the bed when the door was pushed open and he came in.
He pretended not to see her and went to the wardrobe looking for what to wear after taking his bath.
"Good evening." she greeted him, but he pretended not to see her like she was a ghost, and he was all alone in the room.
"We are expecting triplets,"She said in a thin voice.
He whirled around and looked at her like she had hit her head against the wall, and he raised his brows.
"We or you?
Because as far as I'm concerned, we never had sex."
She swallowed painfully." We did," she said in a small voice "During the company gala, you were drunk, and we had a one-night stand."
He paused for a while, and she knew that he actually remembered what happened now, but he turned away.
"That is your own loss, not mine, so what do you want me to do with that piece of information ? Sell it on eBay ?"
"The child is yours."
The bastard is not mine, I can't accept what is not mine and, for your information, if you go on with this, I'm going to push you out of this room. "
Her heart squeezed in pain, and she bit her lower lip, tasting the saltiness of the tears round her cheeks, and pushed the papers to.
He glanced at the paper and then back to her.
"What the hell is this ? " He asked, almost laughing." Are you rehearsing for a school play or what and why are you pushing that paper towards me?"
They both stood there staring at each other for some seconds without saying a word.
He glanced at the paper, and she watched as realization came upon his eyes.
"What is this nonsense?" He thundered angrily.
"These are the divorce papers."
He raised his brows and burst into laughter.
"Really you want to divorce? Well, that is very good of you." He said, pushing his hands into his pockets." You are the one who is divorcing me and I like that."
Before she knew what was happening, he picked up a
Pen snatched the paper and signed it on.
"Go to hell." He flung the papers at her.
