“You’re going to avoid a guy that’s done nothing wrong to you just because you don’t want to get hurt if he eventually dumps you, right?” Steve asked, and then sighed once more. Thinking about how illogical the man’s actions were, was even more of an annoyance than he expected it to be.
“Right… and what’s wrong with that?” George asked as he brushed away the tears that had piled up at the corners of his eyes. He looked like he’d just been beat up although nothing of the sort had ever happened to him. Truly a miserable sight that one would find too difficult to even look at.
