“Whether I date or not, I’ll be the same pathetic and sad person, I don’t believe anything is going to happen much.” Jennifer spoke with a voice that sounded oddly confident in his own lack of romance in his existence.
“You really have low self esteem, I like that in a man.” Sam remarked with a bright smile. She tilted her head to the side while closing her eyes. The gesture seemingly innocent although her words were less so.
“Hah… you really are impossible sometimes. Do you mind if I leave first then?” Jennifer said while heading towards the door yet he was stopped midway by the woman who also followed alone with him.
“I was done with work a while ago. I’ll send you off.” Sam suggested while being the first to open the door.
