Pesco came out of the officer after watching Sandra leave through the glass doors. “What was that all about?” He asked while turning to his lover who stood there quietly finishing his work.
“The girl? A friend of Nana. She was here to check up on her, apparently she hasn’t been showing her face at school lately.” George explained while his hands moved across the keyboard, he only occasionally glanced at his employer while speaking to him.
“It didn’t seem like it from the sidelines. I guess they’re not that close.” Pesco remarked, he’d only briefly seen their interaction from his office.
