“What?!” George’s eyes snapped opened as he ended his dream. He felt as if his head was a ton heavier than before and his mind was muddled to a puddle of what it used to be. “Even that bastard Jennifer was there… always mocking me as per usual… I really won’t read anymore fantasy novels before going to sleep… that was… insane…” He mumbled under his breath feeling as if he’d actually lived through his dream in real life.
“If you’re done with sleeping in, get up. Your mother’s coming over in a few hours.” Steve entered the bedroom with an annoyed look on his face first thing in the morning.
George fell off the edge of his bed as he was trying to get up. Suddenly he wasn’t only awake but also panicked. “WHO’S COMING OVER?!”
