“Now tell me what exactly is the mistake that was made? All I can see here is a correction on a shipping date.” George turned the document to it’s side as if there was something hidden on the back. He looked at it curiously and then glanced at Kathy again.
Kathy seemed still visibly shaken up as she spoke through a cracked voice. “I just… I got distracted and now our distributor won’t be able to fulfill this order on time… if the parts aren’t there then the entire manufacturing side will also be delayed, it could cost the company majorly… just because I wasn’t careful.” Kathy explained while still brushing aside her tears.
“How soon can you tell them there was a mistake?” George asked while turning to the woman, the rest of the office had gotten quiet once
