“Jennifer… are you alright?” Pesco asked in a concerned manner as he looked across the room. He noticed his assistance was acting different today.
“Yes, sir, I just have to file these in and…-! I’m so sorry… I didn’t mean to.” Before Jennifer could turn around to answer he dropped the work sheets he held into his hands to the ground. Some of the pages were already crumbled because of it.
“It’s alright, but… you have a fever, your entire face is red.” Pesco remarked as he placed his hand upon the mans’s forehead. His concern for him grew more.
“It’s really nothing sir, I’m sorry to have concerned you.” Jennifer apologized as he moved his head to the side, he began picking up the things he dropped.
