Love In The Dark Chapter 5: The Confession

Chapter 5

Phil's parents were too happy seeing Phil is well after two days without hearing from him. Phil told them what happened and they were thankful that he was saved by their maid's daughter. But Phil's parents was upset knowing that Phil was fallen in love with their maid's daughter. What face will they show to the Smith's if they found out about their son's affection towards their maid's daughter. They will be a laughing stuff to others especially they were a well-known family in Dream City and a leading corporation as well.

Phil's mother is not happy about it. She tried to call up her maid, Ashley's mother for a talk. Ashley's mother expected to reward them for what they've done to their young master on saving him from his mere death experience inside the forest but it was opposite of what they are expecting. They were ordered to leave Dream City without any trace. Phil's mother gave them a sum amount to start a new life away from them so that Phil will not be bothered anymore.

Ashley's mother went home crying. Ashley asked her what happened and her mother told Ashley about what had happened in the mansion between her and Phil's mother. Ashley was devastated. She didn't expect that the outside world was cruel since she's always a prisoner of darkness. Ashley doesn't want to go away from Phil because Phil will visit her that very night later,but her mother told her how powerful Phil's family and the things they might do to them if they will disobey their order.

Living the City that very night without a trace was the saddest thing happened to Ashley's life. She's not only living in darkness but living now she feels like living without life. She taught that she could be happy with Phil like what's in the fairytale.

That very night,Phil is so excited to visit Ashley. He bids goodbye to his mother and asked permission to visit Ashley. His mother agreed but Phil didn't know that he can't see Ashley anymore.
