Chapter 9

**********Jakes POV*****

After school, I had a business meeting to go to at the mall. Wasn’t really lookin forward to it but being the owner, I didn’t have much of a choice. After going through all the financial deal and hearing what the mall manager had to say, I was ready to head out. The mall was busy as always, which I enjoy since the busier it is, the more money I make. Walking past each store, I saw Rivers and Madison in one of the stores. Then realized it was Victoria Secret. I stood from a distance as I watched Madison look at the underwear and bras. She looked like she had a arms full of clothes. I waited till they were at the cash register. Right as Madison was about to pay, I called the store.

“Good afternoon, thank you for calling Victoria Secret.”

“Hello, this is Mr.Holt Jr, as you may know, I own this store. “

“Hello sir, how can I help you today?”

“The girls who are about to pay for their purchases, I want to pay for them. I will be in after they leave, so just charge it to the mall bill.”

“Okay sir, that won’t be a problem, anything else I can help you with?”

“No, that will be all.”

I hung up the phone to watch the reaction on Madisons face, hoping for a smile of relief but it was more of shock and disappointment. I’ll admit, it did bother me a bit. Her friend was jumping up and down getting ready to head to the next store. So I decided to make my move and walk over to her.

“Hey Madison, how’s the shopping going?” I was grinning when I saw her cheeks turn red as a lobster.

“It’s going well, why did you buy our stuff and how did you know we were here? We can afford our own things,” sounding more annoyed then thankful.

“Well I own the mall so I had to come here to talk business with the manager. I saw you girls shopping and figured I would cover one of the stores you decided to shop at,” then I leaned down next to her ear while her friend was in the next store shopping and whispered,

“I’d really like to see those clothes you bought, you can give me a fashion show.”

Her eyes went wide, her jaw dropped as I let out a little laugh.

“ Jake, we dance together once and we were so drunk we barley remember the night. You don’t have to keep doing this. Plus I know you already have a girlfriend, so it would be best if you just stopped. I’m not getting in bed with you since you are known to do that with random girls.”

My jaw got tight, yeah we dance once but her beauty and frame was something I couldn’t pass up. Something about this girl was different and I couldn’t just let her get away, I needed her for some reason.

“I don’t have a girlfriend and I’m not allowed to be nice?” Holding back my anger since this was not going the way I expected. Any girl would of loved to have things bought for them but she, she was starting to annoy me.

“It doesn’t matter, just stop jake!”

“Fine, then go on a date with me”

From her dancing expression, I could tell she was a bit surprised and possibly a little flustered. Seeing how red her cheeks got,made me smile knowing I could do that to her.

“Alright fine, I’ll go on a date with you.” She was trying to sound tough but really it came out more cute then anything.

“Okay cool, I’ll pick you up around 6:30pm tomorrow. I have the day all planned out so just look beautiful like always.”

*********MADISONS POV****

“Oh my gosh, this seriously has to be a dream!!” Thinking to myself, Jake as in Jake freaking Holt Jr, the hottest guy in our school, the one I’ve been dreaming about is talking to me, trying to get my attention. If I play it cool and hard to get, then I hopefully won’t sound like I’m head over heals crazy for him

He is trying to convince me he doesn’t have a girlfriend but I don’t see other girls rubbing their breast infront of a man out in the open if it wasn’t their girlfriend. Even if he was telling the truth, I’m sure the only reason he is doing this, is to get into my pants.

“It doesn’t matter, just stop jake.” It was like a gut punch. I know I hurting him but yet I don’t want to let my guard down only to be used and hurt again. A few years ago back in my home town, a guy I went to high school with named Austin, built like a dream. His shirt fit him so well, I swear the sleeves were stretched to the max due to his muscles. His abs were visible due to his right shirt. His face, I wanted to kiss all over. Those lips, all I could think about. I wanted his touch, to hear him say my name gave me goosebumps and make me giggly. All the girls in school had a crush on him and he had been with most of them. Just fun flings. There was a party that week at my friends house and he was there. I was still a virgin then, innocent. I believed in love at first sight, now I just dream about it but never let anyone close enough to even get close enough for that word to come out. He had been drinking, I was still working on my first cup, slowly sipping it as I watched everyone laughing and having a blast. I decided I needed a break from all the excitement so I went to my friends room for a little quietness, I shut the door and sat on the bed. Plus the heels I was wearing were killing my feet. The dress was a light blue, loose and came up a little past my knee. It did show some cleavage but not too much. As I’m sitting on the bed, the door opens.

“Someone is in here!” I hollered hoping to be left alone.

“That’s ok babe, I’d love to keep you company,” a very sexy voice said.

When I saw who was at the door, it was Austin. My heart started pounding, palms sweating and my mind went blank.

“I can leave, I was just relaxing,” I was so nervous, it came out more of a whisper.

“Don’t go love, I want to relax with you. You are so damn sexy, can I kiss you?”

I could smell alcohol on his breath but I didn’t think he was drunk. I mean the party just started, how could he be drunk.

I could feel his hands cupping my face as I felt his lips on mine. I let out a moan without even meaning to. Feeling his hands slide down my shoulder, I could feel my dress straps coming off.

“Uhh, I don’t know if we should do this. I’ve never have done..”

“Don’t worry love, I’ll guide you through it. I’m crazy about you. I want you.,” his voice whispering in my ear as he kissing his way to neck, then my shoulder.

We did the deed, my mind was in a blank from amazement. It felt amazing.

“Wow, that was amazing! So does this mean we” I couldn’t get the rest of my sentence out before my heart was crushed.

“Thanks for the easy f***. Another check off the list. Do a virgin.” With a nasty grin on his face, no remorse, nothing. I was just a toy. Lied to. How could he do that to me? How could I do that to myself. After that, I got dressed and went home. I cried myself to sleep. Thankfully protection was used but still, it broke me. I never talked to him again and was so eager to get out of that school. Nobody knew about Austin and I, which I planned on keeping it that way.

As much as crazy I am about Jake, I am so scared it will happen again. What if I’m just some toy to play with them thrown aside when they had their way with me.

“Alright fine, I’ll go on a date with you.” We will be in the open and I can always take my car so I won’t be alone with him. A part of me hated the memories but the other part of me wanted to find love or at least get a feel of what it’s really like.
