I was seething with anger as I stormed out of the room, feeling humiliated and embarrassed by Liam's call with his almighty girlfriend whom I wasn't sure about.
'How could he try to make me look like a fool like that?' My mind was racing with thoughts of revenge, but I didn't want to give him the satisfaction of seeing me react.
