Alexandra's curiosity was piqued as she watched Julian's expression change from surprise to concern. He stepped aside, allowing the woman to enter. She was tall and slender, with long, curly brown hair and piercing green eyes. Alexandra couldn't help but notice the way Julian's eyes lingered on the woman, a mixture of emotions playing on his face. "Alexandra, this is Sophia," Julian said, his voice neutral. "We have some... unfinished business to discuss." Sophia's eyes flicked to Alexandra, a hint of surprise and curiosity in their depths. "I apologize for the interruption," Sophia said, her voice smooth. "I didn't realize you had company." Julian nodded, his eyes never leaving Sophia's face. "It's fine. We were just... getting to know each other." The air was thick with tension as Sophia's eyes locked onto Julian's. Alexandra felt like an outsider, unsure of what was happening or what this woman wanted with Julian. "I think I'll just... give you two some space," Alexandra said, trying to sound casual despite the awkwardness of the situation. But Julian's hand shot out, grasping her wrist. "No, please stay," he said, his eyes pleading. "I need you to stay." Alexandra's heart skipped a beat as she met Julian's gaze. What was going on? And why did Julian need her to stay? As she hesitated, Sophia's eyes narrowed, a calculating glint in their depths. "Fine," Sophia said, her voice dripping with malice. "Stay, then. But you should know, Julian... our business is far from over."
