A shocking Revelation

Alexandra's eyes widened as she took in the figure standing in the doorway. It was a woman, tall and imposing, with a stern expression on her face. "Julian, we need to talk," the woman said, her voice firm and authoritative. Julian's eyes flicked to the woman, a look of surprise and annoyance crossing his face. "Mother, what are you doing here?" he asked, his tone clipped. The woman's eyes narrowed, her gaze sweeping the room to take in Sophia and Alexandra. "I could ask you the same thing, Julian," she said, her voice dripping with disapproval. "Who are these... people?" Sophia stepped forward, a sly smile spreading across her face. "I'm Sophia, Julian's... friend," she said, her voice husky. Alexandra raised an eyebrow, her mind racing with questions. What was going on? Who was this woman, and what did she want with Julian? The woman's eyes flashed with anger, her gaze fixing on Sophia. "I don't think we've met," she said, her voice icy. "I'm Julian's mother, and I can assure you, Sophia, that you are no friend of my son's." The room seemed to vibrate with tension, the air thick with unspoken secrets and lies. Alexandra felt like she was caught in a web of deceit, unsure of what was real and what was just a facade. And then, just as suddenly as it had begun, everything changed. Julian's mother turned to him, her eyes blazing with anger. "Julian, you're coming with me," she said, her voice firm. "Now." Julian's eyes narrowed, his jaw clenched in defiance. "I'm not going anywhere," he growled. But his mother just smiled, a cold, calculating smile. "Oh, I think you are," she said, her voice dripping with malice. "You see, Julian, you're not who you think you are. And it's time you knew the truth."
