“Talia?”
Talia scurried at them, like a fox on all fours, scowling with her demonic look. Buck had refused to see the demonic look till Sharon told him of the actual demon in her. The silver cage was meant to hold her. Buck stared with horror, wondering what was going to happen next. Talia jumped at the Senator, slashing swiftly with her claws.
The Senator threw his leg at her. She had a quick sudden change, as if becoming incorporeal for a second. The kick went through her and, in a quick movement, she was at his back. She slashed her claws across his back and dug them into his head, tearing it apart.
“Talia?”, Buck muttered, wondering if she knew what she was doing. She barely recognized him while she was in the cage.
