I don't know how many calls I have answered so far this morning. The phone next to me has rung at least every twenty minutes. And while I attend those calls, I also have my eyes in front of the laptop screen, reading everything that Miranda has been sending me to organize the agenda for this month on my iPad. I don't know how the previous assistants of Cedric worked or the few who managed to last more than three months, but as far as I'm concerned, I like to organize agendas with at least one month in advance.
If for external reasons any commitment cannot be fulfilled on the scheduled date, I can find some space in his time and schedule, but if it is not possible, I have the following month to reschedule that commitment.
