So who was it?" Ragabat asked the moment Dew entered the cave. "No one. It was a Salamada," Dew said and blew flames on the stone floor before he took his seat. "Humans, how stupid can they be? Mistaking a Salamanda for a dragon," Ragabat said. "In their defense, it had wings," Dew said and heated the ground some more. "We need more allies. Nyx would tear through the wild dragons and wyverns like cotton. We need more of his generals," Ragabat said and looked at Windblade. "Speak," he ordered him. "We need Nox," Windblade said, and they all looked away. "Nox? Nox will never join us," Ragabat said and exhaled through his nose. They all exchanged looks. Soon they started to make excuses to leave. "Why would you mention Nox?" Rainmaker said to Windblade as they flew down the mountain. "It seems we all saw the smoke," Dew said as they soared. "It seems Bor did not see it. He is still there," Rainmaker said before he noticed him coming. "Where there is smoke there is fire. With that, I agree with the humans," Dew said then Rainmaker mentioned Bor was headed their way. "I think you are spending too much time with the humans," Windblade said to Dew. No one said a word after that. "Why did you all leave like that?" Bor asked when he caught up with them and broke the silence. They landed in the bowl. A little mountain with a huge crater in between. Further down was the plate. Double shallow craters surrounded by tiny mountains. All this was at the other side of the island Ark Vasto "Because Ragabat was upset and he is unpredictable when he is upset," Rainmaker said and Bor looked at the other. And they seemed to agree. "Let me give context. Back at Spitfire, Nox was untouchable. Even when he was not a general. All because when Nyx hatched, Nox was right by his side. They were literally in the same egg. He bullied Ragabat any chance he got. One time he trapped Ragabat for a year," Windblade said. "Where did he trap him?" Bor asked and they all laughed. "Nowhere, no one knows how he did it till now. Ragabat stood in a specific place for a year," Rainmaker said. "Did he threaten him?" Bor asked. "No, he did not threaten him or restrain him. Ragabat was blind at birth. His invisibility is so intense he cannot see when he turns invisible. When he was young he found it difficult to stay visible. This meant he was blind most time. Ragabat learned to use echolocation so he could move without his sight. Nox used this against him. When Ragabat sent sound waves. Nox would send false ones back. This made Ragabat feel like he was in an enclosed space. Letting him stay for a year. The story goes something like that," Rainmaker explained. In Piek, Pisco was in bed with bandages wrapped all over his body. “He came to confront me. I admit I told him you told me the location of the dragon. I did not think he would try to kill you. It is a good thing I decided to check on you,” Zachariah said to Pisco. He did not respond, his whole head was wrapped in bandages. Except for a slit, his eyes poked through. All Pisco could do was move his eyes.
