Levi's POV
“Good morning, dad.” I greeted him, bowing my head as I walked into the room. He nodded his head slightly, and I walked towards him as he sat there on the edge of the bed. I noticed that my mother was not in the room, so I cleared my throat quickly, gesturing, before I started to talk.
“Where has Mom gone to this early morning?” I asked, and he tilted his head to look at me for a moment before he looked away from me. He didn't talk to me immediately as he took a deep breath as if he were thinking of where his wife was at the moment.
