The day slowly came to an end as I spent the whole day with Sonia. “Perhaps it was going to help me stop thinking about Helen.” I thought for a moment. I walked back into the pack, lost in thought, and suddenly jolted from my reverie as her voice echoed. I tilted my head immediately to look at her.
“I still can't believe that you spent the whole day with me. We even walked through the garden together, and now we are returning to the pack. You know, I don't want this to end at all. I want us to continue like this.” She said slowly like she was counting her words as she spoke them. I only looked ahead of me, trying not to miss my steps.
