Levi's POV
I did not bother to call her back to me as she walked out of the library. I did not even bother turning to look at her as I knew that she was definitely going to come back. After about thirty seconds, I heard her footsteps, approaching me slowly as she dragged her feet on the floor.
I could feel the reluctance in her will to come back to me. “If only she had another way, she would have gone back to her room, on her own.” I thought for a moment before I looked behind to give her a pale look. She had a slight frown on her face, but I did not care at all.
“Welcome back! You are back so early.” I tried to tease her, but she was not having it at all. She gave me a stern look for a moment before inhaling deeply as she looked away from me.
