I woke up to the chirping sound of birds outside the window. My heart raced faster immediately after the thought of being inside the alpha Raymond's pack hit me. "Why would she even come up with that idea?" I asked myself as I came off the bed. My heart skipped a beat as I walked towards the bathroom to freshen up. Not long after, I walked out of the bathroom but still wasn't feeling relieved at all. I walked to the window, actively looking for what was going to distract me from my thoughts. The morning was looking sunny and the maids were all about their normal routine.
