Just as Giana never expected, the free days to her wedding went by so fast, and now it was her wedding day. The day she never expected would come so soon in her life.
She sat In front of the dressing table as the maid kept putting different kinds of ornaments on her body and adding more makeup to her face.
"You don't have to make me look beautiful, I'm better the way I am, you can all go out!!" She ordered, she did not know if she should cry or stand strong for herself.
"My lady!! Don't spoil your beautiful makeup, today is your wedding day and you should look happy!" Kira comforted
"But…"
"I know!, I know this isn't what you wanted, but I have given you a perfect plan, I'm sure it will work very well, it's just that, I'm not happy that you would leave me alone in this pack" Kira frowned
"That won't happen! You are going there with me, if my father refuses, then I'm not getting married again!!"
"My lady!!" Kira called her name gently
"Don't worry Kira, I can fight for myself, just one day of learning how to fight, has taught me so many things I don't know, so you don't have to worry, I won't let anything happen to both of us!!" She said with more confidence.
"Giana!" The door to her room opened and her mom entered…
"Mom!" Giana called and stood up.
"You don't have to be nervous, go there and show them that you came from a good family, Kira would go with you, cause I know you can't live without her, your father won't object!!"
"Thank you, Mom!"
"But I won't promise you that I will stay there forever!!" She said in her mind.
"The groom has arrived, it's time for the real ceremony!!"
Giana descended the stairs gently to avoid falling down, she stood alone in front of the big door where the ceremony was being held.
"Giana Mane, an Omega and the daughter of the moonlight pack arrives!!!" The commentator announced her name.
She quietly walked into the hall, where many werewolves from different packs were gathered. She felt so nervous that she kept looking down until she got to the seat arranged for her.
"Alpha Scott, the Alpha of the Bloodmoon pack arrives!!!" The commentator announced again. And Scott on his hoodie as usual entered.
People began murmuring at the sight of him, they were saying I'll say things about him, but that was one of the least things he cared about, People thought about him!!
"Today we are gathered here to celebrate the marriage of my daughter and the Bloodmoon alpha king!! I hereby anointed Giana as his Luna!!" Alpha Mane, Giana's father, announced.
Both the bride and the groom bowed down to pay respect to the moon goddess and their elders, before going to sit down.
They watched as different dancers came to perform on the stage. The marriage was really celebrated lavishly, but this was what she wanted.
Giana kept looking at Alpha Scott, whom she would now call her husband.
"Husband!!" She scoffed.
"I can't even see his face, has any other person seen his face? Is he ugly that he keeps covering his face!!"
"Where is he from? The Blood Moon pack!! Where have I heard of it before? Ohhhh that's Myles's pack too! I can't believe I'm getting married to Myles's King, how would be see me!!" She kept contemplating how her life would be with both her husband and Myles living there.
She tried catching a glimpse of his face, but his big hoodie was covering it, she didn't know when he looked at her and all she saw were his pure blue eyes...
"Those eyes!!!"
"You keep staring at me, do you have anything to ask me?" Scott asked. After Raphael had told him that Giana was his soon-to-be wife, he was very happy that it was her, and sad that he would have to play with her feelings.
"No!!!" She answered while smiling and looking nervous at the same time.
The wedding ended fast, and Giana was to leave to her husband, she bided her parents goodbye before entering a carriage with Scott, and then she remembered
"Kira!!"
"She is in the other carriage!" Scott answered. She doesn't need to ask him how he knows Kira because men get to know about the woman they are getting married to, but women are just not supposed to know their spouses.
The journey wasn't as far as she expected. The Blood Moon pack was really big, the pack really lived up to being the pack of the moon goddess. While moving into the Palace she kept looking everywhere for Myles.
"We should leave both couples alone, I will show you to your room," Raphael said to Kira who was following Giana.
"Why are you wearing a hoodie?" Giana asked
"Because I don't show my face!" He answered and opened the door to his room.
"Go in there, take your bath, and wear a conformable cloth, I need to talk to you!" His voice became more masculine.
Without asking any questions, Giana rushed into the bathroom and took a cool and sweet shower before coming out. Scott stood still, his back facing her and his hands wrapped around his back.
"Don't you need to take your own bath!!" She said calmly. She doesn't know why but she felt it would be good to be nice to him, it felt to her as if she had known him for a long time now.
"The fact that I married you doesn't mean I love you!" Scott started, making Giana shocked.
"I married you for a purpose and that's because the elders forced me to do so, and you will only act as my Luna and nothing else"
"So I, Alpha Scott, reject Giana Mane as my mate!!"
