Nothing was as shocking as being rejected by your mate, even though she never loved him, she forced herself to because her father had sold her into the hands of the wicked Alpha king. Her face had different emotions, she didn't know if she should be happy or sad, or if she should feel relieved or not.

*flashback*

"I don't want to get married now father, I'm not as strong as this Alpha king, I'm not an Alpha nor a Beta, I'm an Omega, nobody would accept me, would you love to see me suffer?" Giana ranted, She wanted to make her Father see reasons in what she was saying.

" Giana you have no right to tell me what to do, I make the call in this home. He is an Alpha and also has the richest kingdom and power, I'm providing the greatest opportunity for you and you want to lose it" Alpha King Mike scolded

"I know Father, but Alpha Scott is the most ruthless and heartless being I have ever seen, remember the last time he visited here?”

"Gia!" Her mother called her calmly

"You didn't see him the last time he visited you only heard through your brother, and it would be better if you see before you judge"

"I think you should listen to your Father, He would never lead you astray, you should trust us. Besides, Alpha Scott chose you for himself, he loved you not minding if you were an Omega or not"

" Do you two ever care for my feelings, I don't want to marry anybody now, I'm still young, I can marry anytime. I don't want to be underestimated, I want to build myself, and I want to have the power of my own. Why do you prefer power to the happiness of your daughter, am I really your daughter, why..."

" Giana!!!!!!!" Her father yelled, interrupting her and immediately slapped her

" I see you really have grown to talk back at me, The date for the marriage has been fixed and you must marry him, it's a must Giana!!!"

Soft tears rolled down her cheek, she couldn't even do anything for herself, Life had been really unfaithful to her, She wondered if the Moon goddess she praised really saw her suffering.

Giana quietly stood up from the dining room and headed outside to no destination, She could hear both her parent calling her, But she wasn't ready to hear another round of punishment they call love from them.

She walked along the lushes, she didn't have any destination, but all she knew was that she was going anywhere the wind took her. As she was ogling around the lushes, She heard the slashing sound of a sword, it was as if someone was fighting, being curious to know who it was, she went ahead into the already cleared area, and to her surprise, she saw a young man, about his late twenties, he had short blonde hair. Just as she was about to hide from him, He got a glimpse of her and pretended not to, she was still mesmerized by his beauty as a man, that she didn't know when his sword went to her throat and almost gave her a cut

"Do you love peeping at someone in the lushes? I have seen girls of your personality and I won't blame you for this" He said while dropping his sword down

"You misunderstood it" Giana defended herself while fully coming out of her hiding place.

" I wasn't peeping at you, I heard the sound of a slaying sword and I was too curious to see who it was"

The young man leaned forward to her face, his face was just an inch away from hers.

"Too curious? hmmm" His eyes were as blue as the evening sky, shining as the night moon, His eyes were the first thing that caught her attention, it was too hypnotizing for her to resist.

"Where did you come from, you aren't supposed to be here by this time," he said as he moved away from her.

"Actually I had an argument with my parent, and I don't want to go back home now"

"I'm Giana and you?" She introduced, and immediately the young man turned to look at her.

" I didn't ask you to introduce yourself to me. You won't like to get to know someone like me, Just go home" He said in a more calm tone.

"I understand, we are almost in the same world, I know you are training hard because you are a gamma in the werewolf rank, I'm an omega, and I have no power of my own, My parents are forcing me to get married to a heartless Alpha I haven't even seen since my life....." she stopped talking when she noticed the young man in front of her smiling.

"Am I funny? or am I talking too much?" she had an innocent face all this while

"Yes you are funny Giana, I don't want to know about you and you keep saying things I did not ask you, You can just keep quiet and let me concentrate"

"I know how you were isolated by friends, I was too because I am an Omega, but I won't isolate you, you can be my friend, I really want to learn how to use the sword like you, until you accept I won't stop disturbing you" She threatened, unlike her who is just as calm as ice, became extravagant in front of the young man standing before her

"I can see you are not ready to give up, I'm Myles, a gamma as you said, nice to meet you," He said with a hint of a smile

"So since you have become my friend, friends should help each other, I will come tomorrow for you to train me to use the sword, exactly this time, Bye!!!" she didn't let him speak and before he could say anything she was out of his sight

"Alpha Scott!!" someone shouted while running to Myles

"I told you not to call me that outside!!!!!”

"There's a problem, Mavis attacked the park again!!!!!"
