Rain's stomach twisted in anxiety as her somewhat trembling fingers reached for the call dial. She was in limbo, floating around in trepidation and anxiety. She couldn't persist in putting off the conversation any longer, in fact Rain needed it over and done with. The tight knots in her stomach were extremely uncomfortable.
