The task before her was urgent but Rain couldn’t stop her eyes from straying to Vanessa’s round protruding belly. Vanessa’s laid back pose as she rested on the sofa and her elevated legs pushing out the baby bump. The sight before her was like something otherworldly and Rain’s mind had been engulfed in a mathematical maze attempting to correctly find how long Vanessa had been pregnant for.
Seeing Vanessa so blown out was like a bucket of ice of water being dumped on her and to top it off Van was already engaged to her other best friend Sam. How had she never noticed something this big? There had to be telltale signs so
