Rain’s fears reign supreme as she stands outside her apartment. She was finally home, the familiar door beckoning her to open it yet all she’d done since arriving was hesitate. Strutting back and forth the deserted hallway gathering the guts to walk in. Rain’s mind races with her heart in tow. It’s furious pounding threatening to break past her ribcage and out her body leaving her lifeless. Nothing she’d done truly prepared her for the nerve wrecking sight that awaited inside.
