Daniel looked at the computer screen and could not suppress his smile at Sury’s expression. She was ready for their daily video chat, but behind her the entire neighborhood seemed to be jockeying to view the desktop camera.
She rolled her eyes. “We’re not going to get any work done until you talk to all of them,” Sury sighed, straightening the pile of papers before her. “Tell Pepper if he doesn’t get his results to me this week that he’s a fel rhech mewn pot jam.”
