Chapter 7Daniel grabbed one of the cloths near the wine collection and dusted the bottle of Chateau Margaux. The brick-lined cellar was home to a temperature-controlled cabinet that could hold some of the more valuable manuscripts as they passed through the shop. Daniel discovered it was also an excellent location for wine. He turned toward the solid, wooden stairs worn with age, and nearly ran into Karden’s arm that was blocking his path.
