I'd left the water shortly after joining in on the water fight going on, not being able to concentrate fully. Cara had questioned Nate about why he kept pulling me underwater "so suspiciously". I managed to divert the attention by splashing Rosie with water on her face, unprovoked and she let out a loud shriek.
If it were up to me, I'd leave but
1.) Asking Tara for the keys seemed a bit too much for me.
2.) I would not be walking the mountains alone.
So I sat down on the log by myself, letting the sun dry me and my hair up–which by the way, submerging in water was a terrible idea (all thanks to Nate), it was slowly shrinking up.
Thankfully, in some minutes, everyone was out of the water and ready to go home.
