Chapter Two

We all started dancing as a group at first, before me and Zane broke off and started dancing together, much like me and Matt were before.

'Ok, Who needs a Drink?' Benny shouted over the music. We all agreed we needed some liquid and headed back over to our table. As soon as we sat down A waitress came over to take our order. 

'What do you guys want?' she shouted, I could barely hear her, The music was making my ears pound, Luckily, the guys knew what I drank, plus, if I wasn’t asking for it myself, then, they couldn’t card me. Angel smiled up at the waitress, and it didn't go unnoticed.

'Um..yeah, we'll have a Greygoose with Cranberry Juice, two Jack D's and cokes, one pint, a bud and...' Matt looked over at me ' A Smirnoff ice vodka please' He smiled up at her, showing off his dimples, the amount of time I spend trying to make him smile, just to see those, is unhealthy.

'I presume that she's legal to drink?' The waitress asked, pointing at me with her pencil. All the guys looked at over quickily but nodded regardless. 'Does she have ID?' s**t! I started panicking.

'Does she need it?' Angel jumped in and asked with a cheeky grin. She looked at me again and smiled, rolling her eyes

'I'll go get those drinks' She smiled at him before turning on her heels and walking over to the bar.

'Wow, I can’t believe she just shrugged that off' I was amazed. Though, I’m sure the fact I was sat with 5 incredibly handsome guys had some thing to do with it. A couple of minutes later, she came back with our drinks and set them down. 

Kip passed me mine and the other guys grabbed theres. The waitress leaned over and whispered some thing to Angel before passing over a piece of paper and walked away again. I raised my eye brow noticing she was putting a bit of extra swing in her hips as she went, No doubt for his benefit. 

‘What she give you?’ i asked curiously, He grinned and showed me, it was her number. Of course. Laughing, I just shook my head. 

We just sat around talking, or rather shouting, amongst our selves. When I heard Benny mention our annual trip to Big Bear to go skiing, I remembered that I had to talk to them about some thing quite upsetting. 

‘Um.....I have some thing to tell you all' They noticed my sudden change in mood and turned their attention to me.

'What is it, honey?' Matt was the one to ask. 

'Well...I don't really know how to tell you guys this' I sighed and looked away. Trying to think of the right words. There was no way of ‘’sugar coating’’ it, I just had to be honest; 'OK....guys, I'm moving away'.

'What!!!' They all seemed to yell at once.

'Where to?' Matt asked.

'Like, how far away?!' Benny added before I could even answer.

'Will we still see you?' Kip asked, sounding completely heart broken. 

'I’m moving back to England guys'. As soon as the words left my mouth, I wish i had waited, but, I didn’t have long left, I needed to tell him. 

'How long are you going for?' It was Angel who spoke up first after the long pause. I could tell by the look on their faces they already knew the answer.

'Permanently, I’m sorry guys, my parents just told me about it’. I looked down at my lap, I could not stand to see their faces. 

'When do you have to leave?'

'Can't we just forget about it and have fun for tonight?' I wanted to change the subject. Lighten up the mood after the spin I just put on it.

'When?' Benny demanded an answer, sounding pretty angry. 

'A couple of days’. 

'WHAT!?!'

'YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING!?!'

'DAYS?!’

They all started yelling things at me. They were far from happy. I just had to sit back and wait for them to get it out of there system. I under  stood they were upset, but so was I. I know they angry and upset, so I'm just gonna have to wait it out.

'Can't you just like...tell your parents you aren’t going, you are 18 now, you are an adult, just refuse to go' He suggested.

'Zane, you know I can't do that.’ 

'Why?' It was Matt who asked this time. I sighed. This conversation wasn't going to end well.

'Because, where would I go if my family moved away? I wouldn't have any one, I'd miss them too much' I tried to explain.

'Well, you would have us, you know we would never leave you and you could move in with me, or Matt or Angel or Kip or Zane' Ben suggest. I just smiled.

‘They would drag me kicking and screaming out the country before they let me live with any of you, you know that’. They knew it was true, but it still sucked.

'I don't want you to go' Matt said sadly. All the others agreed.

'Guys, I don't want to go. You have all always been there for me. More than my brother or parents ever were. Matt, you taught me how to ride a bike, Angel, you taught me how to play the drums, Zane you took me to my first concert when i was 13!’ He chuckled silently at the fond memories. 'Benny, you were there for me when I had that problem with Max Bradley. You sorted him out good and proper'.

'Smashed the little cunt’s face in' He smiled. I smiled back. 

'And Kippy, Where would I be if you weren't there for me?' He shrugged. 'Not still here, not still alive that's for sure.' All the guys flinched at the reminder of the painful and dark time in my life... In theirs. 'You were all there for me on my first day of high school when I was scared. You dropped me off, picked me up… You’re my brothers. You guys have been the best friends ever, and im really gonna miss you, but me moving doesn't mean were never gonna see each other again. You can't get rid of me that easily'.

'You promise?' I nodded.

'I promise. Now, cheer up and let's have some fun!' I ordered. 'It's still my birthday!' It took a couple of minutes for them to lighten up, but when they did, we partied harder than before and It. Was. Amazing!!
