517 Words
Morning At Home Martaugh sits at the kitchen table, a cup of coffee in his hand. The house is quiet, but his mind is loud with thoughts of Aria and his son. He wonders why Aria hasn't moved on, hasn't found someone else. Could she still have feelings for him? Martaughs Thoughts: "Why hasn't she found anyone else? Does she still love me? And my son.. he deserves to know his father." Mary walks in, giving him a curt nod before heading to the kitchen. The tension from the previous night hangs heavy in the air. Mary: "I'm heading out early today. We have a lot of meetings lined up." Martaugh: "Alright. Take care." Their conversation is brief, filled with unspoken words. Martaugh watches her leave, his mind is drifting bak to Aria. ** Martaugh's Office ** Throughout the day, Martaugh finds it hard to focus on work. His thoughts keep returning to Aria and his son. He can't deny that Aria is his ideal woman - funny, kind-hearted, and strong. The very reasons he fell in love with her. Martaugh's Thoughts: "Aria is everything I ever wanted. She's brave, funny and kind. How can I think about her?" His phone rings, pulling him back to reality. It's Mary, checking in on a business matter. They discuss it briefly, but his mind remains elsewhere. ** Night at Aria's Office ** The clock strikes 9 pm. Martaugh tries calling Aria, but she doesn't answer. Worried, he decides to go to her office. As he arrives, he notices the power is out, and it's raining heavily outside. Thunder rumbles, and he remembers Aria's fear of storm. Martaugh's Thoughts: "She must be terrified. I need to be there for her." He heads to her office and finds Aria huddled in the corner, clearly frightened. She looks up, and when she see's him, she runs into his arms. Aria: "Martaugh! I'm so scared." Martaugh holds her tight, feeling a surge of protective instincts. Martaugh: "It's okay Aria.I'm here. You don't have to be afraid." Aria: "Really? You won't leave me?" Martaugh looks into her eyes, the closeness bringing back memories of their past intimacy. He's tempted, his resolve weakening. Martaugh: "I'm here, Aria. I won't leave you." Aria's eyes meet his, filled with vulnerability. Before he can stop himself, he leans in and kisses her. The kiss deepens, their passion reigniting. Aria responds eagerly, and soon they're lost in the moment. Martaugh's hands move to Aria's body, their desire overwhelming them. The room fades away, leaving on their shared heat. Aria: " Martaugh....." Martaugh pulls her closer, their breaths mingling. Martaugh: "I've missed this, Aria. I've missed you." They move to the couch, their kisses growing more intense. Martaugh's hands explore Aria's body, her soft moans encouraging him. They shed their clothes, their bodies coming together in a desperate, heated embrace. Aria: "Martaugh....." Martaugh: "I'm here, Aria. I'm not going anywhere." Their bodies move in perfect sync, a rhythm they remember well. The storm outside rages on, but inside, they find a different kind of storm- one passion and unspoken love.
