“Why do you look worried that they heard you sis?”
“The two things were mentioned, and the boss also brought up what he wanted to do.” I answered honestly.
“Oh.” She looked nervous now for me too.
“Has your company been dealing with supernatural from the beginning?” Marcus asked.
I didn’t want to answer, and Mel noticed I didn’t want to answer, so she did for me. "Our company just within the last 2–3 days been dealing with supernatural creatures. For now, there are only really two beings, but from how our boss is acting and what he did today, I bet that number will go up.”
“Wait. You work for the same company?” Micheal said in a concerned and shocked voice. Looking at Mel with big eyes.
“She does, but she doesn’t do the same thing as me if that makes you feel any better
