Lil's POV
I got ready to fight and saw the guys do the same. Luka stood on the stairs, so he would be out of the way. I didn’t really understand why he wasn’t going to fight too, but I guess later he could help me figure out the limits of my magic. The guys spread out and were watching everything I did. I walked a little more toward the center of the mat, so I wouldn’t be cornered. Marcus was to my left, Aaron to my right and Damien was right in front of me. I held the dagger in my left hand to where the blade was running right against my arm and the right one I held tight with the blade pointed out to them. I noticed that Marcus and Aaron were moving to get more behind me.
'Don’t hold back. They can take a hit and even if you cut them, they will heal fast,’ Asha told me.
