“Is that what you thought they were?” I looked to my right and saw Josh leaning against the door beside me. I just shook my head yes. He laughed “I can’t believe you knew without being told. That is insane.”
I looked at both the girls and they were frozen in place which was worrying their mates. I was shocked that they were just standing there like statues and not saying anything, but I knew when they got quiet is when they are really thinking before speaking.
“Chica’s you both alive over there?” I asked tossing in a little Spanish.
“You speak Spanish?” Damien asked.
“Not really, I just know a few words and sentences. I also know some ASL (American Sign Language) too.” I informed not just him but everyone in the room. “Basically, I know more Sign Language than Spanish.” I
