AURORA'S POV: Some mornings feel wrong before they even begin. I knew today would be one of those. The sky outside was still a smudge of grey when I woke up, a chill curling around my ankles like a warning. The air felt heavier, like it was pressing down on my shoulders, whispering don’t go as I dragged myself out of bed and into the world. But I did. I went. Because I always do.
