Athena stood perfectly still with her hands on her smoothed curved hips. I was having a very hard time focusing on what was truly happening, and her piercing green eyes just held their angry gaze.
"Since when do you care what happens to them?" I shot the question asked her direction and took a few steps toward her, "Or are you saying that you accept me, and you will rule by my side?" Watching her emerald eyes soften as I kept closing the distance, as her wolf friend still paces a few yards away, her teeth clacking as she stared me down with her chocolate and honey eyes. Her brown fur stood tall as I got a foot away. I am not sure who she is to Athena still...
