Gabby dialed Carlos number downstairs and he answered after the third ring. "Hi, brother,"
"Gabby."
"I'm back.” She announced.
"Okay welcome back."
"Are you busy at work?” She asked him.
"No, what's wrong?"
"Let’s eat lunch, or do you have plans?” She asked as she walked over to s chair, praying he has a free schedule.
"I think I do."
"Cancel it,” Gabby said without hesitation. "Meet me at Rosey-vila restaurant, and I've reserved a table for lunch."
"What's so special about today's lunch?” Carlos was surprised, because Gabby has never told him to cancel a schedule before.
"I don't like waiting you know, be there in thirty minutes.” She said avoiding the question, knowing that if she tells him the reason he might decide not to show up.
