Because James thought that his friend Wendell might confess to Romela, he immediately talked to the girl. "Wendell has already talked to me, he wants to ask you if you can be his girlfriend", James said disappointedly. "What did you answer him" asked Romela. "I just agree.. I can't oppose him because he will suspect us even more" there was sadness in the tone of James' voice. "So, what should we do?" said the girl. "I think he needs to know the truth, besides I'm going to break up with Ivory" James said seriously. "Can I be the one to tell Wendell? It will be more difficult for him if he finds out from someone else.. But can you give me a little more time? Romela asked. After they talked, the young man immediately hugged the girl. "Romela, let's eat there at the new restaurant after school" Wendell said to the girl. Romela thought of rejecting the young man but she saw this as an opportunity to tell Wendell, little by little, that they really can't be together as lovers. "Alright" answered Romela. James heard his friend's invitation to Romela. He immediately interrupted the conversation between the two and said " Can I come with you? Because they said the food there is delicious", James pretended to say. "Alright, take Ivory with you too", Wendell agreed. James did nothing but invite his girlfriend. When the four were at the restaurant, Wendell immediately helped Romela to their seat. He also made her choose what she wanted to eat. The young man was attentive to the girl. Because of this, James's face could not be painted. Even if Ivory tries to talk to him, he doesn't seem to hear anything. He kept looking at Wendell and Romela's table where his friend could be seen serving the young lady like a gentleman. "Why did you bring me here if you won't talk to me properly," Ivory asked James angrily. "You know I used to talk to you like this, if you can't do it anymore, just break me" challenged the young man. "I won't do that James, you know that I love you so much! I'm just annoyed because you always don't have time for me. When we're together you always seem distracted" explained the girl. "You have changed so much, you are no longer the person I once loved,"she added. "Then go walk away from our relationship. You don't deserve me .. You deserve better!" James answered seriously. Ivory didn't answer, she suddenly stood up and walked out.

Romela saw everything that happened at the table with James. She felt guilty because she was also a woman. It was painful for Ivory. After eating, Wendell decided to take Romela home. "Bye bro"! Wendell said goodbye to James. Romela and James looked at each other, and suddenly nodded as if they understood what they meant to each other. When the two were close to Romela's house, the girl said goodbye. " Just here, be careful on your way home.. see you tomorrow!" Romela said smiling. "See you tomorrow!" said Wendell. The girl was only a few steps away when she heard James call her, he was in the place where they often talked. "I've been waiting for you for a while now, I can't be restless .. I don't want to see you with another man", James said, apparently jealous. Romela smiled and said "No matter who I am with, I still love you". Hearing that, James immediately pulled Romela and hugged her. “I love you! I really love you!” the young man whispered to the girl. Romela let go of the hug and said "I love you too James!". He eagerly kissed the girl on the lips. Romela responded with a tender kiss.

Romela?... a man's call seemed to make him cry. The two were surprised and did not notice Wendell's arrival. "What does this mean? You two have a relationship? How long have you been fooling me?" Wendell asked angrily. "Bro, wait, let us explain first" James begged his friend. "What else can you explain from what I saw and heard"? replied Wendell. "Wendell please, let's talk first.. I'm so sorry, believe me, we want to tell you about it, but we're still looking for the right time" said Romela, who was about to cry . " Bro, I'm sorry I'm the one to blame .. I was the first to approach Romela, you should be angry with me" said James. "I can't accept your apology, all I know is that you two cheated on me. You are the two most important people in my life", Wendell couldn't stop crying while speaking. "Wendell, please, I don't want to break the friendship between the three of us, so let us explain", Romela begged the young man. Wendell didn't seem to hear anything and immediately turned and walked away. Romela was about to chase her when James stopped her. "Leave him for now .. let's give him enough time to think ..let's just talk to him when he's calm, okay?" James tried to calm her down. The girl cried and the young man hugged her. "Everything will be okay, I'll fix it...promise!" James promised Romela.
