“Now that Emily is here, we have to take her back to school shopping with Allysa, once I get her out of that basement.” I muttered as I opened the book on my nightstand. I felt the pillow under my head dampen at my wet hair as my pajamas clung to my wet skin awkwardly. Allysa was upset, but not surprised, when I came home with no good news like I had promised.
