BORIS opened the door to his office in Courthall and found Edrus Crest sitting on the couch in the middle of his office. His visitor’s dark blue ensemble was a stark contrast to the dark hues of his office. “You’re here, Crest,“ he said, announcing his presence. Edrus just waved his hand. The measly human didn’t even bother standing up to greet him. “When I heard that you called for me, I came right away. I like meeting my best client in person.“ Boris just sneered. “If it wasn’t for all the help you’ve given the council, you would not be smiling confidently like that in front of me.“ “It’s useless to talk about what cannot be changed, Boris. Why don’t we just talk about why you asked me here?“ Boris sighed and sat behind his desk. “I need to talk to you about the spellblood.“
