“Wow, the town looked so much bigger than I had expected. No pack truly compares” Lilian uttered as she stared out the window and I nodded in agreement.
If anything, it was more of a city than a town. Everything was so much different from what we were used to.
“You have never left the mansion before?” I asked as I turned to her.
“Oh I have. I don't stay in the mansion, the Dowager gave me a house that isn't too far away though. I only go back and forth between my house and the mansion so I haven't really gotten to explore the Pack” She explained and I sighed.
“Your life sounds wonderful. I would give anything to be free. I hardly understand how that feels anymore” I murmured and couldn't help but wonder if I had ever been free.
