When Finlay arrives he finds me already stretching in the gym. Sadie has not joined me yet but I made her promise that this time she will be there for a minimum of an hour. Caleb has joined me as well and is doing some stretches with me that are completely distracting. It is much different watching the way that his muscles move while he stretches than it is wathing Sadie do the stretches with me.
By the time that I have finished stretching, a reluctant Sadie finally arrives to begin her own stretches. Finlay can hardly keep his eyes off of her even though he is supposed to be instructing me on today's exercises. I share an amused look with Caleb before my mouth dries out watching him. He is in the middle of bench pressing weights while I start off with some leg lifts using exercise bands
