I immediately pulled back as Ophelia muttered something inaudible. I knew it was really creepy to have kissed her while she slept but I couldn't stop myself.
"Mine..." my wolf growled inside and stirred around, causing my head to throb. I winced, squeezing my face to stop the pain but my wolf didn't stop.
I dragged myself out of the room quickly before I went crazy or did something even more creepy.
"But she's human..." I muttered to myself after my wolf settled. This wasn't the first time my wolf called out to her as mine.
The first day I set eyes on her, everything in me flipped. Her eyes disrupted the quietness inside my head and even though human blood ran through her veins, it had been confirmed now that Ophelia was my mate.
