Alfredo’s Pov
“What’s the issue?”
I turned to see Sarah standing by the side of the hallway. Her eyes were in the direction Mr. Peter had taken before turning her head in my direction.
There was a frown on it as she tapped her hands together, waiting for an explanation, I mused.
I turned my head in that direction, unsure of what I could say to her at that moment. “I’m in some sort of dilemma right now.” It was not an option I could keep to myself anymore. She, as my beta, had the right to know my thoughts.
“What did he tell you?” She asked as she walked next to me.
We stood next to each other as we leaned on the wall. I stood with a foot against the wall while I stared blankly at the opposite wall.
“He wants me to take out Nightshade’s alpha if I get the chance.”
