As the only non-werewolf present I am trying to follow the conversation, but also very curious. This whole new world intrigues me, both personally and professionally. Maybe once we are done battling this infection they will allow me to do some tests and find out what makes them different from humans. Maybe there is some gene for fast healing that can be used to create a cure to help injured people … the doctor in me at least has to look into it.
But when the woman, Laica, admits to be this evil Alpha’s mother it catches my attention, and my focus is back on her.
